This book was very different then most other books I have read. It was very interesting but took forever to read and i didn’t like it. it was a good story but it was confusing. Also the narrator jumping around was confusing
Pain or humiliation
The question is, is humiliation or pain worse. I think humiliation is because it stick with you your whole life you can’t get rid of it, it is like someone glue it to your back. It feel like every knows like, everyone’s eyes are on you, in that bad way. It feels like everyone hates you
livelovelife1000230 asked: This is a really good story and i could deffently picture this in my head there is also very good deatail in this story but i think something that could improve is that you could like identify the main character more and desribe and give more deatail about the main character.
Tanks urs is good 2 but describe the characters more of maybe go more in to depth of how u felt as u were pitching. Also the paper says to use similes and metaphors.
Vignette 2
I see the tool-face standing on the corner waiting for his ride, so we walk over. We call him names and pull on his stupid shirt and take his hat. He starts yelling at us in Spanish but I do not understand so I punch him in the face. Everyone joins in. Then he tries to fight back, he’s weak is easy to fend off. We keep punching and kicking, and with each punch I feel power, I feel strong. I hate him, the people like him, they come and take the jobs that my parents and their friends have worked hard to get. At least that’s what my parents say. My dad says to me that they should have to pay, he says they should pay more since they are the one getting all the jobs and money or the should be run out of their homes or payed less than the people who were here first like my family and my friends’ families.
There was a black boy on one of the football teams that my high school team faced. My dad came to me during halftime and told me to break his arm, so I did. My dad said that it was because he was threatening our chance at getting to the playoffs. But the school counselor says that it was attack against race, or some b.s. like that.
The Tool-face is on the ground now, I kick him and I hear one of his ribs crack. I keep kicking him, he tries to stand up. I punch him in the stomach, he stumbles and he falls but he hits his head against the cement. Hard. I can see that he is unconscious and a pool of blood starts to form around him so I run, once we are down the street I look back I see that the boy that we used to mess with, the black boy, has run over, he’s trying to stop the blood. So much blood, it all over both of the clothes and on the ground in a scarlet puddle. The black boy is trying to use his jacket and belt to make a head bandage. One of the girls is calling an ambulance on her phone. That or the police because I see her starting at us now and I know she saw that we did that. She glares at us as if we just killed someone, but then again, maybe we just did. I turn around and start running again. I do not know where to, home maybe or to our usual hangout, the dusty lot behind the grocery store, but i do not know, so I just keep running.

Beauty can’t be made it must be found, beauty is on the inside. It has to be the natural you how you are and how you are unique. i is also natural in is nature, it is love, it is laughter, it is hope . it can be found in almost everything everyday
Sometimes giving up is not an answer to your problem i will just make it worse, but sometimes fighting it doesn’t helps either but it always help to KEEP YOUR HEAD UP
